You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Software without our prior written consent.

We value your privacy and will handle any personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws in Kenya. By using the Software, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and reliability of the data you input into the Software. You agree not to use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Kenya while using the Software.

We will provide reasonable support and maintenance for the Software as specified in a separate agreement, if any. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software, or any part thereof, at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software. In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by you, if any, for the use of the Software in the preceding six (6) months.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will cease, and you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website or notifying you through other means. Your continued use of the Software after the changes will signify your acceptance of the modified Terms.
